本編ではバイク事故のシーンをはじめ、高校時代のシーンはすべてモノクロだが、スピンオフは全編カラー映像に。サッカー部の悠馬、純平、瑞貴、リリ子、健人の何気ない日常や甘酸っぱい青春を描きつつ、その裏に隠された思いや事件を予感させる内容となる。第4話以降のドラマ本編をさらに楽しめるヒントがちりばめられた。
